Job Opportunities

HCDC employs approximately 40 Christian individuals to minister to the children of our community. We offer wonderful benefit package for our full-time staff that includes items such as 12 personal days,10-12 vacation days a year, full-coverage health insurance, retirement, and 50% discount off of child care. Part-time employees receive benefits also! 

Now accepting applications for the following positions as of August 22, 2011:

• 3 pm to 6 pm assistant teacher
• 8:45 to 2:15 assistant toddler teacher Mon/Wed                      
  • (Can combine the two above positions for more hours)
• 9 am to 6 pm assistant toddler teacher (projected position for September)
• Substitutes

We are continuing to take applications for all positions which will be kept on file for future openings

All applicants must have the following qualifications: Minimum of 18 years of age, high school diploma or GED, active in a local Christian Church, and have a love for children.  Main preschool teachers should have a minimum of a CDA credential or be in the process of acquiring a credential.  All preschool assistant teachers must commit to working on a credential if hired.  If you would like to join our team, please come by and fill out an application.
